Reflecting on my journey, I am elated to share the transformative experience that began when I arrived at Earthdance on June 24, 2015. Serving as the Building and Grounds Manager for three years, from the ages of 25 to 28, marked the most significant period of growth and metamorphosis in my life. Earthdance, with its unique blend of justice, sustainability, and somatic arts, has an incredible way of offering deep attunement and healing to those who fully embrace its essence. The land and community here have a profound impact, offering an environment where artistic expression and dance improvisation become tools for personal and collective transformation. The magic of Earthdance lies in its ability to touch the heart and soul, fostering a space where true connection and profound change can flourish.
We are also absolutely thrilled to announce the formation of our newly established team, the Earth Integration Stewards! This dynamic group of seven dedicated individuals (myself, Christos Galanis, Michael Dunning, Christopher Collins, Aitabe Fornes, Neal Wecker, and Tom Murray) have come together with a shared vision: to deepen our community's connection to the land and to assist in long-term visioning for a more coherent presence within our organizational operations. Our team is passionately committed to nurturing the symbiotic relationship between our community and the natural world, ensuring that our collective journey is infused with purpose, harmony, and a profound respect for the Earth. Together, we will weave a vibrant tapestry of sustainable practices, fostering a legacy of stewardship that will inspire and sustain future generations. Join us as we embark on this exciting new chapter, and let us continue to cultivate the spirit of Earthdance, where every step is a dance with the Earth, and every moment is an opportunity for transformation and growth.
