Work-Exchange Program (Live on site)
The Earthdance on-site Work-Exchange Program is a two-to-three-month commitment. For more information, see this document that details the expectations and benefits.

Flexible Work-Exchange (Live off site)
Flexible Work-Exchanging is scheduled when there is availability to come work for a few hours or a day. This path does not include accommodation and allows flexibility in the tasks and time. Earthdance has a variety of evolving on site projects that call for more hands. If you are flexible, have a little time to offer, and enjoy getting dirty….come join us! Email Contact@Earthdance.net.
