Fascinated by her own multi-heritage background, Donna studied the classical traditions of many cultures before finding a “home” in Silvestre Technique and transnational ‘tribal’ fusion.

Hannah Fox

Hannah conducts dance and theatre workshops internationally, teaching and performing in Cuba, Norway, Japan, Hong Kong, Northern Ireland, Brazil, Germany, West Africa, as well as all over the United States. Hannah is the artistic director of Big Apple Playback Theatre (BAPT), an improvisational physical theatre troupe in which actors perform audience members’ life stories.  BAPT brings connection, reflection and entertainment to local schools, non-profit agencies, conferences, colleges, prisons, domestic violence shelters, diversity programs, and public theaters.

Lauren Ardman

Lauren Ardman has been performing with Hudson River Playback Theatre since 1997, and is a graduate of the School of Playback Theatre. She continues to be excited and fascinated by the Playback, both as a creative endeavor, and as a way of being a part of positive social change. About 4 years ago, Lauren discovered Contact Improvisation and fell in love!  Dance has brought her great joy, and has brought depth and newness to her Playback work.

Stephen Katz

Stephen Katz is a cellist and award-winning composer. He has premiered his cello compositions at Carnegie Recital Hall and toured internationally with the Paul Winter Consort and the Essex String Quartet. He has also worked extensively with dance and theater artists, including members of Pilobolus, Wire Monkey Dance, Beverly Blossom, and has been a Visiting Artist at Amherst College. One of his film scores won the Jury Prize Gold Medal at the Park City Film Music Festival.

Leslie Cerier

For over 30 years, Leslie Cerier, “The Organic Gourmet” Chef has been teaching hands-on vegetarian cooking for health and vitality worldwide, writing cookbooks and developing recipes for individuals and organic food companies focusing on farm to table, organic, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free foods that are not just good for you, but also pleasurable, delicious and good for the planet. Leslie is passionate about helping people expand their palettes.
