Join beloved Pioneer Valley yoga teacher Molly Kitchen for a rejuvenating weekend of yoga, nature connection, and contemplative practices.

The gorgeous sunlit circular Umbrella Studio will be our yoga studio for the weekend, surrounded by stunning New England woods and hiking paths...Plus there's a wood-fired sauna, delicious organic meals, miles of hiking trails, and plenty of free time to rest deeply and reclaim a sense of spacious relaxation.

Gopi Krishna has worked Instructing Outward Bound Courses through the Great Smoky Mountains with the North Carolina Outward Bound School in Morganton, NC. He has been a carpenter and Licensed General Contractor since 1986. He also worked as the Director of Hampshire College Men's center from 1993-94; was a YouthBuild Instructor in Springfield, MA from 2001-2; is a past Board Member of the Men's Resource Center of Western Massachusetts; and has served on the Board of the Northampton Zen Center.

New Year's Jam 2017-18

As winter swirls outside, we come together on the dance floor to find new connections through Contact Improvisation, co-creating five days of magic, intimacy, warmth, and dancing celebration. Workshops, performances, bonfires, and nonstop jamming ring in the New Year at our biggest Jam of the year.

Octavio Valente

I am an artist, a mover. I’ve started my body movement research and studies more professionally at The London Contemporary Dance School, during the time I was a UK resident. In the year of 2011, Meditation became a daily practice in my life, I got trained as a Hatha Yoga Instructor as well as an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Practitioner and since then my experience has expanded through studies in various dance and body movement somatic fields, as well as energy healing modalities.
