‘Tracing Journeys’

Similar to making foot-prints and traces in the snow & on the earth where we have moved, our bodies receive & store imprints, that can become a starting-point for movement to unfold.

Through simple body-work, we’ll explore how we perceive, integrate and respond to different ways of touch and imprints given by a partner and take it further into a dance. We will touch base with sensitive listening and proprioception, to allow more freedom and trust in our movement alone and with others.

This session will be guided into a jam.

Sponsored by Earthdance, SCDT, and NSS January Workshop
