Jam: $8-12 sliding scale | 5-7pm
Class & Jam: $15-20 sliding scale

*this month's class & jam will be on the 3rd Sunday of the month

Ione uses her Body-Mind Centering and Experiential Anatomy background to help guide her students into a safe, fun and informative exploration of the form.  A thorough somatic warm-up, tuning scores and skill-building exercises will be taught.  Emphasis is on expanding spatial orientation, deepening kinesthetic and proprioceptive sensitivity, creating pathways for new movement possibilities to emerge, being present in the now, and encouraging a sense of play.
